This paper helps to choose better acoustic absorbing material while selecting absorbing material on basis of Acoustic Absorption coefficient (AAC) & Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC). Rockwool is one of majorly used sound absorbing material because of its low cost, but it makes application bulky and heavy. This study is done, looking polyurethane (PU) foam as replacing material for Rockwool by predicting acoustic absorption coefficient and NRC of absorbing materials. Acoustic absorption coefficient of both materials, predicted using MATLAB program formulised according to DIN EN 12354- 6:2003 from knowledge of airflow resistivity and the thickness of material, are compared with measured values obtained in Impedance tube method. However, to optimize between the thickness and the density, comparative results are analyzed for both materials and best PU foam is selected which gives nearly same absorption coefficient as Rockwool.

Today, demand for the deep hole drilling is steadily increasing. Deep holes are required in, Automobile industries, and textiles industries, weaponry, aerospace engines, Electronic engineering, medical applications etc. The increasing demand of surface finish of electrochemical machining (ECM) is a major challenge for alloy metal components. In this work the effects on the surface finish improvement by investigating some parameters of ECM, specifically speed of the job, conductivity of the electrolyte and pressure of electrolyte. There are different parameters in electrochemical machining process like as electrode diameter, work piece, conductivity, and pressure of electrolyte, speed of the job, tool material, and feed of the tool. From these we have selected the conductivity of electrolyte and pressure of electrolyte and speed of work piece. The feasibility of proposed method is experimentally verified. Attempts are being made to investigate optimum process parameters such as conductivity, pressure; speed of job, etc. keep voltage & feed rate constant, on the response surface using proposed setup. It was found that 80 % of improvement in surface finish due to rotating motion of work piece compare to stationary work piece. The design of experiments was done by 2k factorial designs. The experimental results were analyzed by ANOVA (analysis of variance) method and by plotting various graphs. In this project we have analyzed how different parameters affect the surface roughness using the rotating electrode improved surface finish.

Savonius type Small Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (SVAWT) are self-starting, Omni- directional, requires no additional yaw mechanism for grasping kinetic energy of wind which flows in particular direction. Savonius wind turbines are sustainable in low wind speed regimes. These rotors can be fitted on rooftops and also suitable for the urban areas. This paper deals with the review study of Savonius wind rotors and identifying its various performance parameters to increase its power performance. It has been concluded that, the two blades rotor is more stable in operation than three or more rotor blades, the power coefficient increases with increasing the aspect ratio. The rotor blades with end plates give higher efficiency than those of without end plates.

Self tuned Fuzzy logic based PI controller is developed in this paper to regulate the reactive power of a decentralized wind-diesel hybrid power system under different disturbance conditions. The study incorporating small signal analysis has been taken. The linearized model of wind, diesel is used where IEEE Excitation system (type-1) with synchronous generator is taken into account. Due to the abrupt load changes and sporadic nature of wind, reactive power and voltage stability problem occur. For the above problem, a Auto tuned Fuzzy Logic PI (STFLPI) controller is designed.

The objective of this paper is to compare the time specification performance between conventional controller and Fuzzy Logic controller in position control system of a DC motor. The scope of this research is to apply direct control technique in position control system. Two types of controller namely PID and fuzzy logic PID controller will be used to control the output response. This paper was written to reflect on the work done on the implementation of a fuzzy logic PID controller. The fuzzy controller was used to control the position of a motor which can be considered for a general basis in any project design containing logic control. Motor parameters were taken from a datasheet with respect to a real motor and a simulated model was developed using Matlab Simulink Toolbox. The fuzzy control was also designed using the Fuzzy Control Toolbox provided within Matlab, with each rule consisting of fuzzy sets conditioned to provide appropriate response times with regards to the limitations of our chosen motor. The Fuzzy Inference Engine chosen for our control was the Mamdani Minimum Inference engine. The results of the control provided response times suitable for our application.

Multiplexing low bandwidth traffic request onto high capacity wavelength channel is called as traffic grooming. Unlike full grooming, in which each node is capable of grooming (called as G-node), sparse grooming employs only a few grooming nodes in the network without a significant reduction in performance. Traffic grooming in particular sparse grooming optimizes the cost and reduces the network complexity by reducing the grooming hardware with optimal network performance. Here, we present some heuristic algorithms to perform G-node selection and grooming in a WDM optical network using dynamic traffic along with load balancing. We show by our simulation results that network throughput (or blocking probability) almost as same as full grooming can be achieved using sparse grooming.

Network coding is increasing network performance in lossy networks and in multicast and multipath. Up till now it show theoretical experiment and mathematical proof. To realize in practically how packet will flow through network in window size mechanism. and how coding across packets interacts with acknowledgment(ACK). Rate less codes and batch-based coding are not efficient with TCP retransmission and sliding-window mechanisms. The network coding challenges arise from the desire to combine several attractive properties, such as low complexity, delay and memory requirements, high achievable rates, and adaptability to unknown channel conditions. In my system we will see How can network coding be used to increase throughput and reliability of TCP communications in wireless settings, when data is transfer from one node to another node What is the impact of implementing such a network coding scheme into practice it designed with care, can bring significant gains, not only in terms of throughput but also in terms of encoding decoding, load balancing reliability, security, and robustness.

Protecting outsourced data becomes an essential issue in cloud computing. The owner of the data can ensure the privacy of data by using encryption scheme. Sensitive data on cloud must be protected by using homomorphic encryption which allows computation of encrypted data hence no one is able to read it. The conventional encryption schemes allow decrypting the data; performing computation on it and then re- encrypt it, which faces problems when dealing with large amount of data. The additive homomorphic encryption allows performing limited number of operations on encrypted data. This study focuses on the efficient way to maintain privacy of sensitive data using Additive Homomorphic Encryption. The El-Gamal encryption can be used to perform additive homomorphic encryption.

This paper presents the Persuasive Cued Click-Points graphical password scheme of an integrated evaluation. More Security providing by graphical password integrated with the sound signature .In this system consist the password as the sequence of images password can be select by clicking on the images at the particular points. Sequence of click points are nothing but the cued click points. By providing the sound signature user can be remind password if forgot the clicking regions of the images or may be the image it- self. Sound signature helps considerably in recalling the click points. Systems is to support users in selecting passwords of higher security, in the sense of being from an expanded effective security space.
